I was born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and have been proud to call Madison home since 2002. I discovered my entrepreneurial spirit at an early age, and opened my own restaurant a couple of blocks from the ocean in 1996. This is also where I discovered my love for providing (and experiencing!) top-notch customer service. I met Sara in Mexico, and we moved to Madison with our son, Alex, in 2002. While I might never forgive her for the winters, I do love the community here.
When I first arrived in Madison, I entered the banking world to get a greater understanding of the financial industry. While it was a good fit for my detail-oriented brain, after a couple of years, Sara and I started dreaming up ways we could create a healthier balance of work/life/family by having me join her in real estate. I brought my financial savvy and caring client services to Alvarado Real Estate Group as a licensed Realtor in 2006. With so many years serving clients and helping people navigate their real estate needs I have found my sweet spot as a Real Estate Broker/Owner of our company. I enjoy serving both buyers and sellers, and have experience in commercial real estate, investment properties, and also own real estate in Mexico. A deep understanding of real estate shifts the perspective on generational wealth and opportunity. I love working with people, 
and nothing can match the fulfillment of helping someone feel empowered by the opportunity of creating wealth through homeownership. Where and how you live matters to the life you lead. It’s all interconnected.
As a lifelong learner, I am constantly seeking opportunities to learn and share my knowledge and experience with my clients and my community. In addition to being an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and having a Green designation, I have also taken courses on commercial investment. I serve as a board member for SRW, Sharing Resources Worldwide, which focus on improving the quality of life of disadvantaged populations around the world. I obtained my degree in business from Edgewood College in 2018. It is never too late to reach for your dreams. I’m currently part of a strong group of industry leaders of color in Madison who are committed to sharing knowledge and encouraging wealth building through homeownership.
I am deeply connected and involved with the Hispanic community in Madison through my work with the Madison-Tepa Sister City Project, and am a previous board member of the Latino Chamber of Commerce. While full-time work doesn’t leave me much time for fun, I still make time to play soccer (now in the Old Man League!) and love being with my family.
