The whole purchasing process went smoothly and quickly. Susan is an excellent communicator, getting to the point quickly, and returning emails and phone calls promptly. This was so important in our long-distance communications. Susan is a problem solver. Our transaction was typical: issues arose suddenly that could have derailed the transaction. Susan shepherded the purchase through all obstacles with skill and patience.
