As Transaction Coordinator and Client Care Specialist, my role is to team up with you and your Realtor once you get an accepted offer to assist in coordinating documents, communication and scheduling with numerous people – which can include sellers, buyers, cooperating brokers, lenders title company closers among others. I look after the nuts and bolts to help make sure they are tended to in a timely manner to assure a successful close. As much as I appreciate our transaction coordination system, I really enjoy the Client Care role as it directly relates to the company’s value of relationship building and community engagement. Each real estate transaction comes with unique circumstances and what makes it special are the people involved.
My background is law and business logistics, but I’ve had the real-estate bug ever since moving to Madison and going through the house hunting process! I was born & raised in Puerto Rico and moved to Madison in 2017 (hablo español!). After Hurricane Maria didn’t leave us with many temporary options at the time, my family decided to go for it! My husband, who was raised in the Midwest, had ties in the Madison area, and we quickly made Madison home. We love it here.
I received a law degree from Interamerican University in Puerto Rico in 2013, and have utilized that for different positions regarding contract negotiations, as well as other legal matters. Between my background, experience, and love for real estate and people, I’m glad to have found my work home with Alvarado Real Estate Group.
My husband and I have two children; one is a teenager, and our daughter was born in 2020, so that definitely keeps me on my toes! I love to cook, and when I’m not in the kitchen stirring something up, we love to explore the lakes of Northern Wisconsin or the beaches of Puerto Rico!
I look forward to working with you and making your experience with Alvarado Real Estate Group as seamless, reassuring and successful as possible!
