I was born and raised in the Madison area until the age of 11, and have always considered it home in my heart. In my 20’s, I went to graduate school in Chicago and ended up living there for a decade. I fell in love with the city, its neighborhoods and the people I met- one of whom is now my husband! But ultimately it did not feel like the right place for us to settle down. We moved to Madison because it had so much to offer us. We bought a fixer upper and loved making it our own. I can still remember leaving the closing of our first house, key in hand, on a mission to rip out some old carpet. It felt good to be home, in more ways than one.
That was in 2008 and our son was born a year later. As a family we enjoy being home bodies. But at the same time we have a lot of fun taking bike rides and road trips. And when we can make it happen we love visiting Mongolia where my husband was born.
As the transaction coordinator at The Alvarado Group, I team up with your agent to make sure you have everything you need from the point of Accepted Offer to Purchase to Closing Day. I assist in coordinating documents, communication and scheduling with numerous people – which can include sellers, buyers, cooperating brokers, lenders, title company closers among others. I look after the nuts and bolts to help make sure they are tended to in a timely manner to assure a successful close. And most importantly, it is my job to understand that each real estate transaction comes with unique circumstances and real people behind it. I aim to understand your needs and make your experience with The Alvarado Group as seamless, reassuring and successful as possible. I look forward to working with you!
