So many smiling faces! We were fortunate to be able to assist in the process of major life transitions for wonderful people as they started new chapters in their lives. Kate Weis’s client spent many years living in this home and loving it, so it was natural for them to desire new homeowners that would come along and love it as much as they did. The wish came true and a new family fell in love with the home even though they weren’t actively searching. It was clearly meant to be, the timing worked out beautifully and a new family is over the moon excited to call this home on Rigney Lane their own. As you can see, it was a lively and happy closing appointment on closing day! We love these clients, and wish them the best on their next adventures!
