NOW HIRING – Transaction Coordinator & Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a part-time Transaction Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. This is an important position within our team and we are ideally looking for a bilingual Spanish/English candidate but it is not required. In office hours are required.
You’ll be responsible for transaction coordination and administrative duties for a busy real estate team in Madison, where you’ll be managing transactions from the accepted offer stage through closing and providing administrative, including marketing support to the team. This includes handling legal contracts and contingency deadlines, excel spreadsheets, professional communication, and help with event planning. Also included: maintaining the contact database management system, assisting with client care projects, relationship building, and community engagement.
We’re seeking someone who is task-oriented, understands time management well, is an excellent communicator, professional, trustworthy, and has a sense of humor. We need someone who is detail-oriented, organized, reliable, an independent worker, who has follow through, is computer savvy, supportive, and resourceful.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and open to coaching and professional development
- Excellent computer proficiency, including Excel (complex formulas), Google suite, Microsoft Office suite required; ability to quickly learn new software programs including Canva, WordPress, and Adobe Suite.
- Real estate experience strongly preferred but not required (MLS Paragon, Zipforms, Dotloop, Top Producer).
