Brentwood Village

Brentwood Village neighborhood, located near Madison’s northside features many places to visit and enjoy the outdoors. Residents can stroll through the quiet fields and woods, bird watch in the marshland. It is walking distance to Warner Park which includes an off-leash dog park, a boat launch, swimming beach, tennis and basketball courts, soccer fields, and the Mallards Baseball Stadium: a great outing for friends and family during the summer months. In the heart of the neighborhood is Brentwood Park. Just under 2 acres, it offers open field playing space, volleyball, basketball, and its playground. Brentwood residents are a few minutes from one of the city’s newest Willy Street Coop, and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.  Founded in 1959, the neighborhood association is dedicated to improving the quality of life by promoting a sense of community. Single-family homes on wooded lots are typically for this neighborhood.
