Regent Neighborhood prices up 15% in 2013.

Regent Map Single family home sales in Madison's  historic Regent Neighborhood were steady in 2013 with 52 sales vs. 54 in 2012. The median number of days on the market was also relatively steady - 30 days in 2013 vs. 26 days in 2012. The median sale price, however, rose to $378,000 in 2013. This is an increase of more than 15% compared with 2012's median price of $347,500. Neighborhood inventory is slightly less than the average for Madison, with 3.2 months of supply.
