Congratulations!! to Tristan and Anne

Clearly meant to be, this home went on the market the same day that I was showing just a few houses to Tristan and Anne. They were not in a hurry and we were planning on previewing to get a better sense of what would appeal to them on this first day out. In fact, I didn't even send photos or information about this house to them ahead of time because the house hit the market within hours of our planned tour, so I simply set up the private showing for us. When we walked into this home, it was clear that this was the perfect match for them! They were blown away and we quickly moved forward with both the purchase and sale of their condo. Timing worked well on both sides and we received an accepted offer on their condo on the first day on the market, so that they could calmly move forward with the purchase of their new home.
