Allied Dunn’s Marsh

Ours is an eclectic neighborhood. Its location has easy access to  destination spots in Fitchburg and Madison. Residents enjoy Monroe Street’s nearby local shops, restaurants and cafes, along with bike rides along Cap City Trails. Straddling two cities, a Dunn’s Marsh is within biking distance of both the Capitol and the countryside and have at our front door a mall, at our back door a marsh and on our right flank the great University of Wisconsin Arboretum.
